Jennifer Bell
Jennifer R. Bell, born in Southeast DC and raised in Capitol Heights, MD, is a visionary leader dedicated to shaping future generations through education and personal growth. As a first generational grad with a Bachelor's in Biology and Chemistry from Coppin State University and a Masters in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, she brings seven years of diverse experience to her role as a Teacher in the Ward 8 Region, where she was honored as the 2022-2023 TEACHER OF THE YEAR.
Jennifer is also a devoted wife, mother of two, and ordained Minister at The Life Church, inspiring others through faith, community service, and mentoring initiatives like RISE Girl, Inc and Alright, Let’s Pray!" is a dynamic faith-based platform designed exclusively for women seeking spiritual connection through prayer and authentic relationships.
Her deep-seated passion lies in serving God and His people. Beyond her professional roles, Jennifer finds joy in creating fashion look books, writing, exploring culinary arts, traveling and creating moments with her loved ones. She is a steadfast believer in mentoring women of all ages, helping them unearth their purpose, nurture self-love, and harness inner resilience to conquer any obstacle. Guided by her motto from 2 Corinthians 14:16, Jennifer believes in triumphing over life's challenges while spreading knowledge and positivity.

Tracye Hart
Tracye Hill, a native of Prince George’s County, was born in Washington DC and currently resides in Charles County. She is a dedicated wife, mother of three, and grandmother of two. Tracye brings nearly 36 years of federal service to her role as Associate Director of Employee & Labor Relations at the Department of Treasury, IRS. Alongside her professional career, she serves diligently as a Life Leader in her Church.
In her leisure time, Tracye finds joy in home decorating, shopping, and reading. Her profound commitment to giving back and serving others is deeply rooted in her faith. Inspired by God's calling, Tracye is passionate about mentoring and empowering young girls, drawing from her own life experiences to guide them toward realizing their fullest potential.
