RISE Girl, Inc. was birthed by the mother-daughter in law duo, Jennifer & Tracye. In 2020, RISE Girl, Inc. started as an idea of what they believe to be a by-product of personal experiences and their journey of faith. During the pandemic this duo began to collaborate on ways to give back to their community. Ideas such as feeding the homeless, sponsoring children in need and pampering mothers was just the beginning of service for the two together.

      As a classroom teacher, Jennifer had the opportunity to be  exposed  to the many struggles of  middle school girls. While sharing several experiences with Tracye, the two both felt an urgency to step in. The two would spend hours on the phone talking through solutions to help young girls.  Through much prayer, fasting,years of leadership and self-work , Jennifer & Tracye were able to merge their gifting to serve and cultivate RISE Girl for the next generations to come. 

 

     In November 2022, RISE Girl, Inc. was launched out with as a small mentoring group who would meet together on Saturdays. Not yet knowing the full plans of God, Jennifer & Tracye began to receive an overwhelming amount of volunteers and partners. With this in mind, the two went back to the drawing board and had no choice but to expand their vision to become even greater.

 

     On January 21, 2023, RISE Girl, Inc. was able to welcome & host the very first group of  mentors and mentees at the RGi Official Kick Off.
